TNTestexpress is a direct-to-consumer, drive-up/curb-side test purchasing service. Using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and other applicable laws. TNTestexpress reserves the right to make changes at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon publishing. Please do not use this website if you do not agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

By utilizing this site, you agree to the following:

  • you are over the age of 18;

  • the information you submit while purchasing a lab test is truthful and accurate;

  • you will not copy any images, text, or structure from this website;

  • you will use the site according to instructions and intended use; and

  • you will abide by the Purchase Policy and Medical Disclaimer as defined below.

PCR Same-Day Results Policy

​

TNTestexpress offers a PCR (Nasopharyngeal) screening that yields same-day results given that the below requirements are met.  

  1. The PCR (Nasopharyngeal) screening is only offered at the Brentwood, TN, location.  At this time, no other TNTestexpress                 location can offer this service.  

  2.  Due to the complexity of running a PCR test, we cannot guarantee the 7 pm results if the below requirements are not met.  

  3. The test is available by appointment only.  Unscheduled drive-up customers will be asked to schedule an appointment.  

  4. The specimen must be collected no later than 11:30 am.  

  5. Test results will be available on or after 7 pm on the date specimen was collected.  

  6. This service is only offered Monday - Friday.  We cannot offer this particular test on Saturdays or Major US holidays. 

  7. If you are unclear if you qualify for this test or have additional questions, please call us at (615) 591-1965.

Purchase Policy

You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise, and other information provided. TNTestexpress shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising directly or indirectly from any transactions conducted or information conveyed on the website. TNTestexpress offers no assurance of uninterrupted service or error-free service. TNTestexpress does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the website's information, text, graphics, links, or other items.

The users of this website agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TNTestexpress, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the website from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms & Conditions by the user.

Discount coupon codes issued by TNTestexpress are a courtesy to our customers. Orders placed that do not meet the requirements or after expiration will be processed without the discount. Monthly specials will only be honored during the month they are featured. Site-wide percentage-off sales exclude Home Test Kits and Monthly Specials. Health Care Providers are not eligible for additional discounts. Refunds will not be given retroactively. Coupons are not redeemable for cash; only one may be used for each purchase. Adjustments, credits, and/or refunds for discount codes not entered at the time of order will not be issued.

Refunds are only permitted before the submission of specimens for testing. No refunds will be given after you have been notified of your test results.

Lab orders are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you do not use your lab order within this time period, it expires. Lab orders will be renewed at no charge for another six months if requested within one year of purchase.

This website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. This website is owned and operated by HighGround Global Consulting, LLC/ DBA TNTestexpress. All of the information contained herein is the exclusive property of HighGround Global Consulting, LLC/ DBA TNTestexpress.

Please note that TNTestexpress only operates within the United States. Due to state laws prohibiting direct-access testing, we cannot offer services through LabCorp in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Maryland, and Massachusetts, and Quest Diagnostics in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.

 

Please also note that LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, and TNTestexpress ordering physicians require that patients tested to be 18 years old. TNTestexpress is unable to process orders for anyone under the age of 18 at this time.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash, except in states where required by law.

  • Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.

  • A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

  • Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require a payment for the balance due.

  • To obtain your Gift Card balance, go to your account information or contact our customer service at 1 (615) 5917-1965. 

  • Gift Cards do not expire, and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.

  • Gift cards are not reloadable.

Each test, and its result, is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for the care, medical advice, or treatment provided by your physician; each test has benefits, risks, limitations, false positives and negatives, and accuracy is not guaranteed; tests and test results are best interpreted in the context of your overall clinical evaluation with a physician.

Laboratory test results may vary depending upon age, sex, time of day the blood sample is taken, diet, medications, and the limits of modern technology. Many tests, to be validated, will need to be repeated at the discretion of the consulting or treating physician.

TNTestexpress shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury caused in whole or in part by procuring, compiling, interpreting, delivering, or reporting information through this website. In no event shall TNTestexpress be liable to you or anyone else for any decisions made or action(s) taken or not taken by you in reliance on such information.

 

The results of the HIV test will become part of your medical record. The confidentiality of your medical record will be maintained as per HIPAA regulations. However, it is required by law that positive test results must be reported to the appropriate State Health Division.
